Record harvest

This year, we witnessed a true miracle of nature! Our olive grove has rewarded us with a record harvest that we haven’t seen in a long time. Every branch was abundantly adorned with ripe olives. The middle of October and a few sunny days allowed us to joyfully dedicate ourselves to the harvest.

What made this year so special?

We believe that a combination of several factors contributed to such a bountiful harvest. Favorable weather conditions throughout the year, from moderate rain in the spring to warm and sunny summers, and then rainy September, created ideal conditions for olive growth and development. Additionally, we invested extra effort in caring for the olive grove, conducting regular treatments and pruning.

Healthy fruits, top-quality oil

In addition to the abundant harvest, this year we also had exceptionally healthy fruits. Thanks to timely preventive ecological measures, we managed to avoid pest and disease attacks, which had a positive impact on the quality of the olives.

Quality above all

We believe that all this will result in high-quality oil and that this year too, we will get extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. The olives are currently being processed, and we will share more details about it in our next post.
